Azabat Beginners Touch-Typing Tutor

Computer software designed to introduce you to touch typing. This program contains a selection of lessons to teach you the layout of the keyboard. The lessons are followed by exercises that reinforce the location of keys by gradually building up the complexity of words to be typed.

No installation required. Simply put the CD into your computer and the typing tutor will start automatically.

The tutor is self-voiced and does not require a screen reader or speech engine. An introduction teaches where your fingers should rest when not typing and an "explore the keyboard" mode allows you to press any key which is then echoed back to you for confirmation.

Seven lessons help develop your typing skills, building from small sections of the keyboard up to the whole keyboard including the number keys.

There are seven exercises to test your new skills and a "check your progress" feature to see how you are doing.
