Returns Policy
- Visual Access NI Ltd considers your satisfaction our 1st priority. If we make a mistake, we will make it right. Any returns must be undamaged, pre-approved, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds for products are issued up to 14 days after the purchase date, following that they will not be accepted.
- Returns upon inspection, if undamaged will be refunded in full minus any delivery costs incurred.
- We must be notified of any mistake within 5 business days of the delivery receipt date.
- Returns for any other reason must be pre-approved by Visual Access NI Ltd and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- These returns policy do not affect your statutory rights.
